As Chief Information Officer and Partner at Arcmont Asset Management, a leading European private debt asset manager, Jatinder Singh is responsible for shaping the firm’s technology strategy and driving innovation across infrastructure, data management, cybersecurity, and operations. He plays a key role in aligning technology with Arcmont’s broader business objectives, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready systems that support the firm's continued growth and performance.

Prior to joining Arcmont in 2020, he served as Chief Technology Officer and Partner at Hayfin Capital Management, where he spent a decade overseeing the firm’s technology architecture and enabling digital transformation across front-to-back office operations. His earlier experience includes senior technology roles at Barclays Investment Bank, Gandhara Capital, Deutsche Bank, and SAC Capital, where he focused on building and managing trading platforms and mission-critical systems within global investment environments.

Jatinder Singh brings over 20 years of deep technical and financial markets expertise, combining hands-on engineering with strategic leadership. He is passionate about leveraging technology to drive operational efficiency, manage risk, and support long-term business resilience.

Mahesh Nair

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer, Lumyna Investments

As the COO and CTO of Lumyna Investments Limited, a $20 billion asset management company, Mahesh is a member of the Executive Committee. He is responsible for overseeing operations, technology strategy, infrastructure, security, and facilities management. Mahesh takes an active and practical approach to safeguarding data and intellectual property while managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and scalability. Additionally, he is the champion and sponsor of Lumyna's multi-year Transformation Program, which aims to help the organization scale and diversify in alignment with the company's strategic vision.

Prior to joining Lumyna, Mahesh was the Head of EMEA Prime Brokerage Technology at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, leading global teams to manage the technology platform for the bank's International Prime Brokerage business. Previous to his work with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mahesh also worked with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers in New York and New Jersey.

Mahesh is also a member of the Advisory Panel for the Engine which helps connect best-in-class FinTech innovators to forward-looking investment managers to transform how the world invests. The Engine is a part of the Investment Association which is a trade body that represents Investment Managers and Investment Management Firms in the UK.

Mahesh graduated with first-class honours in Bachelor of Physics and Bachelor of Computer Technology, both from University of Mumbai, India.
