Jatinder Singh

Chief Information Officer, Partner, Arcmont Asset Management

Jatinder Singh serves as the Chief Information Officer and Partner at Arcmont Asset Management, a leading private debt asset manager in Europe. He is responsible for shaping the firm’s technology strategy and driving innovation in areas such as infrastructure, data management, cybersecurity, and operations.

Before joining Arcmont in 2020, Jatinder was the Chief Technology Officer and Partner at Hayfin Capital Management. During his decade there, he oversaw the firm’s technology architecture and facilitated digital transformation across all areas of the business. His extensive background also includes senior technology roles at Barclays Investment Bank, Gandhara Capital, Deutsche Bank, and SAC Capital, where he specialized in building and managing trading platforms and crucial systems within global investment environments.

With over 20 years of deep expertise in technology and financial markets, Jatinder combines hands-on engineering skills with strategic leadership. Mahesh Nair

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer, Lumyna Investments

In his role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Lumyna Investments Limited, a $20 billion asset management firm, Mahesh serves on the Executive Committee. He is responsible for overseeing operations, technology strategy, infrastructure, security, and facilities management. Mahesh takes an active and pragmatic approach to safeguarding data and intellectual property while managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and scalability. Additionally, he was the champion and sponsor of Lumyna's multi-year Transformation Program, which helped the organization scale and diversify in alignment with the company's strategic vision.

Prior to joining Lumyna, Mahesh was the Head of EMEA Prime Brokerage Technology at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, leading global teams to manage the technology platform for the bank's International Prime Brokerage business. Previous to his work with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mahesh also worked with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers in New York and New Jersey.

Mahesh is also a member of the Advisory Panel for the Engine which helps connect best-in-class FinTech innovators to forward-looking investment managers to transform how the world invests. The Engine is a part of the Investment Association which is a trade body that represents Investment Managers and Investment Management Firms in the UK.

Lionel Hill

Chief Technology Officer, Permira

Prior to Permira, Lionel has had CTO roles at both Revantage, a Blackstone company and CBRE, where he spent 10 years in the Real Estate industry. Before real estate, Lionel spent 20 years working in real-time financial data split between Bloomberg, Reuters and UBS.

Qualifications
Lionel has a Masters in Economics & Management Studies from the University of Cambridge, England.

Lionel is also qualified in Data Science. He has always been interested in AI and Machine Learning, working on algorithmic trading at UBS, lease abstraction at CBRE and most recently, generative AI at Permira.
